Stephanie Marie Badger, 43, of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away peacefully in her home, on the morning of Thursday, June 26, 2025. Born on July 31, 1981, in Red Deer, Stephanie was a creative, strong, and a deeply loving woman whose presence could light up a room. She had a profound love for music, drawing, writing, and singing – often using her art to express emotion and connect with others. Her spirit was one of resilience, compassion, and quiet strength. Stephanie was a devoted mother whose love, support, and warmth shaped the lives of those around her in countless ways. She was joyfully anticipating the arrival of her first grandchild – a baby boy born to her son, Cyrus and his partner, Kendra. She is survived by her children, Cyrus Badger and Carly Zieffle; their father, Clayton Zieffle; her mother, Mary Louise Badger; and her siblings: Renee Badger, Travis Badger, Treasure Badger, Riley Badger, Cheyenne Badger, Aaron Olsen, Ryan Sweet, Kelly Sweet, and Sarah Sweet. She was predeceased by her father, F. Bruce Sweet, and her brother, Raine Gray. Stephanie will be remembered for her laughter, her creativity, her fierce loyalty, and her love of music. Her memory will live on through her children, her family, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
