Steve Michaud of Innisfail, Alberta passed away at the Innisfail Health Centre on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the age of 44 years. He was born on July 28, 1980, in Quebec, where he spent most of his life before moving to Innisfail, Alberta. Steve decided to move to Canada to offer his family a better life. He worked as a roofer with dreams of becoming an entrepreneur, but he was sadly diagnosed with cancer. Steve spent his last two years fighting but unfortunately, he succumbed to his cancer. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of twenty-one years, Karine, his children, Orëly, Jade, Timothé, Thomas, Théo and Thalie. Steve will also be deeply missed by his father, Mario (Nathalie), his mother, Monique (Michel), his grandson, Spencer, his brother, Jimmy and his sister, Jessie. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Steve’s friends and a Funeral Service will be held back home in Quebec for his friends and family.
