It is with heavy hearts, that the family of Jon-Paul Rumble announce his passing on Sunday, April 18th in Red Deer, Alberta as a result of a very unfortunate MVA. Jon-Paul was born in Chatham, Ontario, December 3, 1974. Moving to Alberta with his family in June of 1976. The family settled first at Sylvan Lake and, later moving into Red Deer. He attended School in both Sylvan Lake and Red Deer, not willingly mind you, as his interests from a very early age were in the great outdoors and all things mechanical. At the age of 7 he could change brakes on a car after watching his uncle perform the task. Also a great interest, backhoes and bob cats, he seemed to know everything about them. And so that was the line of work he wound up pursuing. Where there was a hole to be dug or a pipe to be put in the ground, he wanted to be there, and was very skilled at his profession. His other passion was his motorcycle, and he loved to ride. Taking his son for trips around town. Jon- Paul was a gentle kind of guy, but at the same time could be rough and tough regardless he was loved. Jon-Paul, was predeceased by his mother Ruth (Dec.2019) as well as his maternal grandparents, June and Clarence Leach, and his Paternal grandparents Lois and Charles Rumble. He is survived by his son, Karson, of Red Deer; His father, Wayne Rumble of Chatham, Ontario; His sister, Angela Dingeldein (Lyall) Red Deer; his niece, Raelynn; as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family throughout Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Jon-Paul is also survived by a very special friend, Lori Nielsen of Red Deer. Cremation has taken place at Parkland Funeral Home. Those wishing to remember Jon-Paul please raise a glass in his honour, as he would do for you, & make sure you show kindness each day, and do kind deeds. Thank you to Parkland Funeral Home, Red Deer RCMP, and the Red Deer Regional Hospital for your kindness during this time.
