Ms. Elaine Christine Spencer of Red Deer, Alberta passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the age of 51 years. Elaine was born at the Foothills Medical Centre, Calgary, Alberta. She was raised in Black Diamond, Claresholm, where she spent her childhood and early adult years. Elaine attended the Catholic Central High School and the Community College in Lethbridge where she took her Early Childhood Education. As Elaine became an adult, she ventured out on her own to Lacombe, Alberta. She took on different employment roles such as working for the Quality Inn, Toys R Us, CIBC and Working for Scentsy. But this was not her true passion, Elaine had an inspiring artistic hand. She was an extraordinary nail artist and a phenomenal creator of jewelry. Elaine loved music and singing karaoke. Not only was she very artistic but she was a loving mother to her daughter, Courtney Spencer-Stock who will lovingly cherish her mother’s memory. Elaine will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Donna Priske (Darren) of Edmonton, Evelyn Breault (Victor) of Fort Macleod, and Deanne Sheppard (Ryan) of Lacombe, her stepmother, Grace Spencer of Lacombe and her stepfather, Armen Schaaf of Lethbridge, her stepbrother, William Schimpf of Lacombe, and her stepsister, Kim Schimpf (Paul) of Red Deer, and numerous nieces and nephews. Elaine was predeceased by her father, Edward Theodore Spencer, her twin sister, Heather Lynn Spencer, her mother, Marie Elizabeth Schaaf, and her stepsister, Donna Schimpf. A Celebration of Elaine’s Life will be held at a later date. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
