We are very sad to announce the sudden passing of our son, Jeffrey ‘Jeff’ Quinton Caird (LaFlamme) at the age of 51 years. Jeff was a colourful character; some would say a little eccentric at times. He had a passion for cooking and worked as a chef for many years in Nova Scotia, Alberta and Victoria, British Columbia. More recently, he worked for the Town of Blackfalds, Alberta and Parks Canada in Jasper. Jeff loved the mountains, and the ocean, and enjoyed hiking and biking, and cooking the most delicious meals for family and friends. Jeff had a great sense of humour and always made you laugh. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Fly home to heaven my love, mother is there waiting for you. Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Teresa and Charles LaFlamme, his siblings, Sharon (Jorge), and Shane (Lindsey), his nieces, Jude, Mary, Tessa, Trinity and Maleah, his nephew, Adan, and his fur baby, Moxie, as well as his extended family and friends.
