ST JACQUES, Roger

1968 – 2026

It is with our deepest sorrow we announce the passing of Roger Denis St Jacques, also known to his sisters as “Saucer”. After losing his battle with a long illness, he passed away peacefully at his home in Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the age of 57 years. Roger was born October 5, 1968, in Saskatchewan. At the age of 5 months Roger was adopted by Denis and Simone (Reinhart) St Jacques. He was a cherished son, older brother, uncle, great uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend.

Roger was known for his generous heart, his love for family, the ability to make friends easily, and his passion for animals. Roger will be truly missed by everyone who knew him, he would always offer a helping hand to those in need; he would listen to you, no matter the good or bad. Fast to forgive, accepting you as you are.

He is lovingly remembered by his dad, Denis Roger St Jacques, his sisters, Roxane Ruff, Lynn St Jacques, and Tina (Ivan) Sic, his nephew and nieces Brett Ruff, Caylynn Ruff (Clinton Stahn), Miranda Ruff, Madison St Jacques, Mackenzie Therrien, Mckenna St Jacques, Desyrai Methot, Destiny Lambert, and his great nephews and nieces, Ryker Stahn, Gage Stahn, Ozlynn Stahn, Knox Mongovius and Braylen Therrian-Beaver. Roger was predeceased by his mother, Simone Reinhart.
