It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, Mrs. Imelda Perez Pelin, peacefully, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at the age of 53 years. Imelda was born and raised in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. She graduated at the Good Samaritan College, with a Degree in Midwifery. She moved to Hong Kong, in 1976 and to Canada, in 2005. Imelda worked as a Health Care Aide for over twelve years. Imelda’s three children moved to Canada in 2009, and have lived with her since. Imelda was an active member of the Jesus Is Lord Church in Red Deer. She joined a support group led by her good friend, Ofelia. Imelda also supported local charities and organizations in the Philippines. She is already greatly missed by her husband, Levi Pelin Jr., and her children, Brian (Ella) Agne, Kevin (Angel) Agne, Karen (Mark) Agne and her grandchildren, Alice, Fabio, Elnathan and Ania. Imelda will also be sadly missed by her siblings, Jun Perez, Enrique Perez, Florencio Perez, Lamberto Perez, Gloria Fernando and Luz Sanchez, and their families. Imelda was predeceased by her parents Epigenia and Federico Perez. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you the Doctors and Staff of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre.
