The families and friends (in Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia) of David Biddell, are sad to announce his passing in Red Deer on Friday, February 12, 2021 at the age of 52 years. We are thankful for the kindness of all who knew David, through the time he called Red Deer his home. Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Gathering will take place at a later date.
