Robert Peter Hugh Malloy of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away surrounded by family at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the age of 58 years old. Robert was born on Monday August 28, 1967, in Woodstock, New Brunswick, to parents Keith and Martha (nee Galloway) Malloy. Later, he was raised and lived in Chipman, New Brunswick. After high school, Robert went to college for mechanics. He started off at Kip Fullerton’s in Fredericton, New Brunswick, that led to many different jobs. From Elm City Paving to Peterbilt, to as far as moving out West to Alberta working for Schlumberger and finally ending with Liberty. Roberts favourite hobbies included fishing, hunting, traveling, and living life to its fullest. Robert worked hard but played even harder with his family. Robert was a loving father, grandpa, and the most amazing and best partner to his longtime love, Nicole. Robert will be lovingly remembered and cherish by his spouse, Nicole Caissie; his son, Kyler Malloy-Caissie; his daughter, Hailey Malloy-Caissie; his grandchild, Cali Budrow; his brothers, Wayne Malloy, Dan Malloy and Sam Malloy; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and colleagues.
