It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bettylou Ada Harriman of Red Deer, Alberta, on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the age of 58 years. Born on June 11, 1967, in High River, Alberta, Betty brought joy and light to those around her throughout her life. Affectionately known as “Bubbles” by her family and friends, she was known for her vibrant spirit, infectious smile, and ability to brighten the day of everyone she met. Her kindness, warmth, and sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Betty’s cheerful presence touched many lives, especially during her time at the Bethany Care Society in Red Deer, where she formed meaningful connections with residents, staff, and visitors alike. She will be remembered not only for her lively personality but also for the love and happiness she shared so freely.

Betty will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted parents, Lorne and Ada Harriman; her brothers, Robert (Theresa) Harriman and Doug (Lynn) Harriman of Quesnell, British Columbia; her cherished nieces, Ashley (Cody) Fry and Stephanie Harriman; and by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing her.

She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Annette Harriman, whom she held close in her heart.
