David John Dubitz of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at Extendicare Michener Hill on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at the age of 64 years. David was born in Camrose, Alberta on September 29, 1961. He attended Big Valley school from grade 4 then Stettler for secondary schooling. David worked as a pipe fitter working on various projects. He loved rock music and attended many live concerts while collecting T-shirts, restoring GMC trucks, attending hockey games, watching movies and spending time with his children whom he dearly loved. David will be lovingly remembered by his son, Nicholas (Skyla) Dubitz of Big Valley; his Daughters, Catrina Dubitz of Big Valley and Chantel (Stefan) Dubitz of Big Valley; his brothers, Darrell Dubitz of Wetaskiwin, Barry Dubitz of Edmonton and Patrick Dubitz of Champion; his sister, Karen Greig of Penticton; his grandchildren, Harlow, Grayson, Atticus, Audrina, Lyric, Tripp and Barrett. David was predeceased by his parents, John Dubitz and Florence Hodgkinson and his brother, Tim Dubitz.
