Ms. Donnell Williams passed away at the Red Deer Hospice on February 28, 2026 at the age of 65 years. Donnell graduated High School at Brooks Composite High School in 1978. She began her career with Kay & Kay Law Firm before continuing her professional journey at The Canadian Forces Base Penhold, Alberta, and later with Service Canada, where she dedicated twenty-two years of service.

She enjoyed swimming, motorcycling, and cooking and was known for her strength, independence, and resilience. Throughout her life she faced and overcame many challenges with courage and determination.

Donnell will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Dale and his wife, Karen. She was predeceased by her father, Bill (1982), and her mother, Karen (1984).

She also leaves behind many devoted friends and neighbors’ family extends heartfelt thanks to Sheila, Charlene, Edna, Cindy and Gene for their friendships and support. Special appreciation is extended to the medical staff of Red Deer Regional Hospital Units 31 and 32, as well as the Red Deer Hospice, for their compassionate care.

A service will be held at a later date.
