Robin Lee Laderoute of Innisfail, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Hospice on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at the age of 65 years. She was born on February 12, 1959, at Shaunavon, Saskatchewan to Jack and Clarice Bowdige. Robin was the middle of three children. She moved to Wetaskiwin, Alberta at 13 years old. Robin and Rick met in 1977 and married just one year later on June 30, 1978. They welcomed two children, their son, Michael who was born in 1984 and their daughter, Elise, born in 1987. The family then moved to Innisfail, Alberta in 1996. She worked as a Certified Management Accountant for the provincial government for twenty-eight years and retired in 2016. Robin will be lovingly remembered by her husband of forty-five years, Richard Laderoute, her son, Michael (Laura) of Rimbey, Alberta, her daughter, Elise of Devon, Alberta and her three grandchildren. She will also be deeply missed by her brother, Kent (Karen) of Edmonton, Alberta and her sister, Jackie (Howard) of Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Robin was predeceased by her father, Jack and her infant granddaughter, Everly.
