“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa Maria Beatrice Prato on December 28th, 2024, at Sundre Hospital, in her 66th year. She was surrounded by love, with her best friend and loyal dog, Cyran, by her side.

Teresa was a beloved mother to Nathan, Jordan, and Rachel Prato, and a cherished mother-in-law to Sam Zhao. Her family was the heart of her life, and she found immense joy in their love and accomplishments. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, resilience, and unconditional love that will forever be remembered by those who knew her.

A celebration of Teresa’s life will be held at the St. Carthagh’s Catholic Church in Tweed, Ontario on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
