Kelvin “Kel” Harold Edginton born on November 19, 1958 in Victoria, British Columbia and raised mainly in Edmonton, Alberta, he then moved around to various places finally residing in Red Deer, Alberta where he passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. He was predeceased by his parents, Hector and Florence Edginton. He is survived by his spouse, Sherry Breker; her daughters, Sheena Kelly (Bob), Joleene Reed (John), Jennifer Hogan (John); his brother, Stephen Edginton (Janet); his sister, Debby Pawlyk (Andy); his daughter, Kelsey Edginton (Jeff); his son, William Ramsay; his nephews, Bruce Edginton (Mel), Brett Edginton (Lori); his niece, Kyla Pawlyk (Mike); and great nieces and nephew, Mercedes Krause, Noah and Sarah Edginton, Adya Pawlyk, and Mollie Edginton. Kel made his living driving truck for various outfits throughout the years. He started out his career driving long haul and finished his career driving for Spanky’s Transit Mix. Kel had love for life was well known for his sense of humor and kind heart and will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Kel’s Life will be held at a later date.
