We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Royal Stewart and his friend Lewis Stronge from New Zealand on July 13, 2022. Royal was born and raised in Vermilion AB and worked in real estate for many years in Calgary. Royal is survived by his wife Ellen, children: Carla (Nathan Hill), Lyndel (Kent O’Regan), Darren (Bethany), and Deanna, along with 11 Grandchildren. Royal and Ellen have resided in the Didsbury area since 2003. Funeral service will be July 19, 2022 at 2:00PM, at the Didsbury Spruce Farms. This service is not private and Royal would have liked all friends, neighbors and acquaintances to feel welcome.
