Larry Beauchamp of Red Deer, Alberta passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024 at the age of 74 years. Larry was born on April 2, 1950 in Port Colborne, Ontario. His sister Anne arrived in June of 1952 and his dad died three years later. Larry loved Popeye, Superman, Terminator and all superheroes. He lived at Michener Center for fifty-eight years where the staff often took him to the movies, car rides, outings for burgers and fries and Friday night dances. He loved his family. He and his mother had a special bond and they visited regularly. Larry will be missed by his family and many of the staff and residents at the Michener. A Celebration of Larry’s Life was held at the Roland Michener Aquatic Centre, 51 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed at www.parklandfuneralhome.com
