Donna Rita Longland passed away peacefully at Peter Lougheed Centre, Calgary, Alberta on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 at the age of 75 years. Donna was born on December 28, 1950, in Toronto, Ontario. Donna worked many jobs: General Electrics, Burns Meat Plant, Wingenback Ltd, cashier work, and her most recent and most memorable was Western RV. in Airdrie, Alberta. As she would say, her Western RV family. She held fond memories there and made many friendships there as well. Donna was the most generous, kind, loving, and caring person to those who knew her. She was predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Rita, her sister Joanne, and her beloved son, Steven. Donna (Nan) is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Debbie (Dale) McArthur, her granddaughters, Chantel McArthur and Steven’s daughter, Samantha Schram. Donna (Nan) leaves behind numerous friends and family near and far. A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held at a later date.
