It is with sadness and hearts full of love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Sharon Seiler, on November 13, 2025, at the age of 76 years.

Sharon left this world peacefully, surrounded by the enduring love of her family.

Sharon was born November 8, 1949 in Edmonton, Alberta, the youngest daughter of Norman and Esther Moffatt. She lived in Edmonton until moving to Acme, Alberta when she married her sweetheart and lifelong partner, Tony on February 24, 1973. During their thirty-six years together, they built a loving home, raised their family, created many cherished memories, and had spirited adventures alongside their friends. Sharon and Tony embraced life’s journey together, including several wonderful winters as snowbirds, enjoying the escape from the cold and snow before settling comfortably in Olds, Alberta until her passing. Sharon found great joy in the simple pleasures of camping and traveling and cared deeply for her family and friends. It brings the family comfort to know that Sharon has now been reunited with Tony, where they can be together for eternity.

Sharon will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children – Tanya (Bill), Steven (Jen), Dale (Judy), as well as her ten grandchildren – Brianna, Jaydon, Kaleb, Kiersten, Devon, Ryan, Brandon, Sheldon, Joshua, and Jacob along with numerous great-grandchildren. Sharon also leaves behind her sister Donna (Ron) and numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Over the years, she had also made many friends who will fondly remember her. Sharon was predeceased by her husband Tony, father Norman, mother Esther, sisters, Joyce, Shirley, Ethel, and Carol, as well as her step-daughter Cynthia.

The family would like to thank everyone for their support and condolences as we come together to celebrate and remember Sharon’s life. A special thank you goes out to the staff of Seasons Encore Olds and the Olds Hospital for their care and compassion towards Sharon.

A private graveside service will take place at the Acme Cemetery.
