Patricia Ann Goodwin (Findlater)

April 28, 1949 – October 24, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Goodwin (Findlater), who was born on April 28, 1949, in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Pat was the beloved middle child of five and brought love, laughter, and warmth to all who knew her.

On March 18, 1966, Pat married the love of her life, Thomas Goodwin, beginning a beautiful journey that spanned decades. Together, they built a life full of love, adventure, and family, raising three wonderful children and later welcoming grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

Throughout their life together, Pat and Tom made many homes across Western Canada — from Calgary to the West Coast of British Columbia, through the Kootenays, back to Calgary, and later to Sundre and Nanton. Wherever they went, they made lasting friendships and filled their home with warmth and laughter.

Pat had a zest for life and a generous spirit. She loved camping, fishing, and traveling with Tom — they truly did everything together. She enjoyed the thrill of a good bingo game or a fun evening at the casino, and she found joy and creativity in crafting and crocheting. More than anything, Pat cherished spending time with her family and friends, creating countless memories that will live on in their hearts.

Pat will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love for those close to her. Her legacy of love, laughter, and family will continue to shine through all who were lucky enough to know her.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
