It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Kevin Francis Fowler at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, after a lengthy illness, on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at the age of 75 years. Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his wife of fifty-two years, Helen (Piccott) Fowler; his two sons, Kevin Jr. (Lori) Fowler and Michael (Michelle) Fowler, and his three grandchildren, who he adored, Hannah, Matthew, and Zachary. He will also be sadly missed by his brother, John (Claire) Fowler, his sister, Mary Lou (Dave) Perchard, his three sisters-in-law, Patsy Piccott, Judy (Perry) Gladney and Heather (Scott) Adams, his seven brothers- in-law, Billy (Janet) Piccott, Jim (Bev) Piccott, Tony Piccott, Randy Piccott, Peter (Tammy) Piccott, Derek (Kathy) Piccott and Bobby (Pauline) Piccott, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Kevin will also be fondly remembered by many other members of the extended Fowler and Piccott Families, and his large circle of friends. Kevin was predeceased by his parents, John and Claire Fowler.
