Clément André Piché passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the age of 76.
Clem was born on April 6, 1946, in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and grew up on the Piché family farm in Albertville with his five siblings. Clem was a lifelong electrician who settled in Spruce Grove, Alberta to raise his two sons. In his later years, he spent a quiet retirement in the quaint town of Didsbury, Alberta with his wife Betty Ann. They spent time traveling together, camping, and enjoying the company of family, friends, and each other. Clem’s greatest joy in life was being a Pépère and spending quality time with each one of his grandchildren.
Clem is survived by his wife Betty Ann and his two sons Valère (Tanya) and Benoit (De’Anne); two stepsons Damon (Maki) and Aaron (Stacey); 13 grandchildren Jaeden, Teagan, Janessa, Ethan, Lucas, Danica, Ben, Beth, Rei, Ronan, Kaiya, Kira, Cinci; siblings Paulette, Adrien (Maria), Norman (Maxine), Rene (Marie Louise), and Roger (Wendy); and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
There will be a service of remembrance at St. James Catholic Church in Albertville, Saskatchewan on Saturday October 1, 2022, at 2:00pm with interment in the cemetery at the church.
