RUTSCHKE, Marjorie A

September 19, 1943 – March 9, 2026

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our wife/mother/grandmother/great grandmother, Marjorie A. Rutschke.

Marjorie was born on September 19, 1943 in Caroline, Alberta and raised on the family farm. She then moved to Red Deer and met Allan and they were married in 1962. And moved to Olds in 1979.

Marjorie worked for Saan Store for numerous years. She enjoyed flowers, curling, crocheting and music.

Mom is lovingly remembered by her husband, Allan, children Cheryl and Tom, Duane and Dani-Lynne and her grandchildren Jessica and Tanner, Jacie and Alex, Jayden and Samantha, and great grandchildren, Daniel, Dylan, Oskar and Oliver, Aennsli, Shiloh, and Eliott.

Celebration of life service was held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #105, Olds, Alberta on Friday, March 13, 2026  at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Red Deer Regional Hospital at www.rdrhfoundation.com
