The family of Mr. Byron John ‘BJ’ Billings sadly announces his passing at Bethany CollegeSide, Red Deer, Alberta, with his loved ones by his side, after years of fearlessly battling Parkinson’s Disease, on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the age of 82 years. BJ was born on October 14, 1941.
