Jean Agnes Knecht (May), born on October 23, 1941 gently passed away at the age 80 years on December 2, 2021. Jean is predeceased by her loving husband Cliff Knecht; parents Ethel and Boyd May; sisters Lila Lashmore, Edie Maccan, Hilda (Peg) Ballie, June Price; brothers Harvey May, Ron (Dillon) May. Jean is survived by her sister Barbra Leite; brothers Delbert (James) May and Albert (Toby) May. Jean was an integral component to her family’s life, as it was one of the most important things to her. Jean was also valued by others in the community as she was an active member in the crib club in Cremona. She went on to compete in numerous crib tournaments across the province. Jean and her husband enjoyed other activities such as camping and bowling. In her young adulthood jean moved to Calgary, where she met and married Cliff and spent 25 years there. Jean moved back to Cremona where most of her time spent was with family, who she will be dearly missed by.
