It is with great sadness that the Brittain family announces the passing of Dave on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at home on the farm in his favorite rocker. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Glenda, their daughter Carol (Chris) and sons Brian (Karen) and Bruce (Shannon) as well as five grandsons: Andrew, Eric, Anthony, Evan and Alex. He also leaves behind one sister-in-law, Shirley, and numerous nieces and nephews. Dave leaves a huge void in our family, and we will miss him dearly. Rest in peace Dad!

A Celebratory Come and Go Tea will be held at the Carstairs Community Hall, 1100 Lackner Way, Carstairs, Alberta from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
