1940 ~ Mr. John ‘Jack’ Quinlan ~ 2021 "We will love him and keep him in our hearts forever".

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. John ‘Jack’ Quinlan at the Red Deer Hospice on Friday, August 13, 2021 at the age of 81 years. Jack was born on June 7, 1940 to Pearl and George Quinlan in Edmonton, Alberta. He was one of twelve children. Jack will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife, Gail Darlene Quinlan, his daughter, Terry Wright (Kary) and his granddaughter, Shania; his son, Don (Deb), his three grandchildren and his seven great grandchildren; his stepson, Todd Gabel (Michelle) and his stepdaughter, Trisha Gabel (Shawn). Most of all he was a wonderful, loving Papa to Branden, Kiara, Miranda, Jessica, Matthew, Kelsey and Meghan. He will also be sadly missed by his best friend of over sixty years, Tom Dineen; his brothers-in-law, Don and Dennis and their families; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by a grandson, Tyler, his parents, his eleven brothers and sisters, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, and two brothers-in-law. We will love him and keep him in our hearts forever.
