The family of Lawerence “Larry” H. Wilson are deeply saddened to announce his peaceful passing on March 2, 2026, at the age of 85 years. Larry was born in Vancouver, BC to George and Madge Wilson. At a young age he moved with his family to a farm in the Drumheller area. Larry was very much a people person, always ready to help when needed. He was also a self-educated man of many skills, and from that employed in many areas. Farming with his parents, tire shop owner, truck owner/operator, vocational instructor and Town of Olds employee for several years. He is survived by his wife Myoleen; son Richard; Shawna Van Eaton. Pre-deceased by his daughter Kelly; parents and in-laws. To respect Larry’s wishes there will be no service. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the charity of choice.
