My funny, original and dearest mother, Mrs. Elsie Marion Fraser, sadly passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the ripe old age of 89 years (and a half she would tell you). She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering her support, her wisdom and her love, in abundance. A friend to many, she was a lively member of the Red Deer community, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, and strength. She will be missed by all who knew her. Elsie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sandra Shuya (Robert); her grandsons, Mason and Justin; her granddaughter, Alyson; her granddaughter-in law, Eugenia; and her great grandson, Nate. Elsie was predeceased by her husband, Leo and her daughter, Brenda. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
