We are saddened to announce the passing of Joyce Anne Morgan at the Innisfail Health Centre on Friday, August 8, 2025 at the age of 91 years. Joyce was born in Hardisty, Alberta on June 25, 1934, but was raised in Calgary, Alberta where she resided until 2003. She then made home in Innisfail, Alberta and enjoyed condo living with numerous friends in the building and the area. Joyces greatest pleasures were spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed playing bingo, she had many skills of sewing, crocheting, baking and cooking. Joyce is lovingly remembered by her three sons, Bob Morgan of Elkton, Alberta, Tom Morgan of Sundre, Alberta, Doug (Tina) Morgan of Calgary, Alberta. She will also be deeply missed by her daughters, Joy Morgan of Calgary, Alberta, Barb Morgan of Red Deer, Alberta, her four grandchildren and her five great grandchildren. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Allen Morgan and her brother, Bob Thomas. A Celebration of Life was held at Heartland Funeral Services, 4415 49 Street, Innisfail, Alberta on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations may be made in Joyce’s honor to the Cancer Society at cancer.ca.
