1931 ~ "At Peace" Joanne Marie Idland ~ 2020

On Wednesday morning, October 7 th, 2020, Joanne Marie Idland, at age 89, with loving family support by her side, passed on to her home in Glory.
Joanne was born March 29 th , 1931 in Macklin Saskatchewan the tenth child of thirteen, to George and
Lucy Hollman. Joanne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend that will be missed by many. She was predeceased by her husband Kory (in June 2013), and also by each of her siblings with the exception of two of her sisters; Helen and Laura and her brother Paul.
She is survived by two sons, Brian (and his wife Nola) and Gary (and his wife Teresa) and five
grandchildren, Kari (Brad), Karsten, Kyle, Keith and Kara Idland.
Celebration of her life will be held at Living Stones Church, Red Deer October 15, at 2:30 pm.,
and a live simulcast to view Joanne’s Memorial Service via internet should be available by
searching www.livingstones.ab.ca at that time.
The Idland Family wishes to thank Maxine Whittaker and all the support staff under her direction, along
with all the medical professionals that took such wonderful care of Joanne in her home for the last
chapter of her earthly life’s story.
