Blackfalds launches economic development website

The Town of Blackfalds Economic Development Department and the Economic Development & Tourism Committee have launched a new online tool to support business and investment in Blackfalds.
This new website showcases the advantages of doing business in Blackfalds and highlights key information for businesses looking to establish new or expand and grow existing operations in Blackfalds and area.
“This new resource will make it easy for investors to understand current business offerings and opportunities and learn more about Blackfalds business advantages,” says Economic Development Officer Jennifer Hartigh. “Realtors will also benefit by being able to export data on area attractions and business locations and developers can determine areas of growth.”
The new interactive business and investment intelligence tool will help new entrepreneurs and existing businesses access up-to-date local market knowledge including: business climate, industry trends, real estate listings, demographics, infrastructure, competition analysis, and a GIS-based business directory.
