Two charged with second-degree murder of 92-year-old Ponoka County man

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit have charged two suspects allegedly responsible for the death of a 92-year-old man.

Police say that after an investigation into the death that was deemed a homicide, Ponoka RCMP charged 48-year-old Timothy Bull and 19-year-old Syran Bull with the second-degree murder of Loel Fenske.

After a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, Syran Bull was remanded to appear in Alberta Court of Justice in Ponoka on Oct. 6, and Timothy Bull was remanded to appear in Albert Court of Justice in Ponoka on Oct. 16.

Both of the accused are residents of Maskwacis.
