1955 ~ Wendy Lee Joujan ~ 2026 "Her family was the centre of her world, and her love will continue to guide them for years to come. Though our hearts are heavy with her loss, we find comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind and in the lives she touched with her gentle spirit and caring soul. Rest peacefully. You were, are, and always will be loved. Your kind heart lives on in all of us whose lives you touched. Your love remains forever woven into our hearts."

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Wendy Lee Joujan of Red Deer, Alberta at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the age of 71 years. Wendy was born on July 30, 1955 in High River, Alberta. A mother, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend, Wendy Joujan touched countless lives with her compassion, generosity, and unwavering love. Wendy is survived by her twin brother, Wayne Davidson, and his children, Matt, James, Lorae, and Adam. She leaves behind her daughter, Marilyn Pelletier (her beloved fur baby Charlie); Eugene (Marci) Pelletier, along with their children, Tyera (Kayl), Skylar, and Devyn, and great-granddaughter, Lennyn; Jennee Joujan, and her daughters, Aubree, Bethany, and Kailee. She also leaves behind her dear friend, Harry Joujan. Wendy will be missed by numerous family members and dear friends. Wendy had a heart big enough to carry the world’s pain on her shoulders if it meant making someone else’s day a little easier. Her kindness knew no limits, and she gave freely of herself to those she loved and even to those she had only just met. Of all the roles she cherished in life, being Nana was among her greatest joys. She adored her six granddaughters and treasured every moment spent loving, supporting, and encouraging them. Her family was the centre of her world, and her love will continue to guide them for years to come. Though our hearts are heavy with her loss, we find comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind and in the lives she touched with her gentle spirit and caring soul. Rest peacefully. You were, are, and always will be loved. Your kind heart lives on in all of us whose lives you touched. Your love remains forever woven into our hearts.
