Norma Joyce Rose Parker

Norma Joyce Rose Parker of Two Hills, Alberta passed away at Sunset Manor, Innisfail, AB, surrounded by family on September 4th, 2026 at the age of 88 years.
Norma was born in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. She was a legal secretary in Calgary and Vegreville. She met and married Alan Parker on November 10, 1962. They lived on Vancouver Island for a while, before settling on a farm near Two Hills, Alberta, in 1969. She worked for Blonsky and Co. in Vegreville, and she had a huge garden. She was an amazing secretary, gardener, cook, and baker. Always a busy lady looking after her family.
Norma is lovingly remembered by her spouse, Alan Parker; son, Alan Parker and his wife Lynlee Parker; daughter, Alanna Meneilly; grandson, Eric Meneilly; brother Dennis Tochor & Elvie of Esterhazy, Sask. She is also remembered by special friends and neighbours Deb and Rob, who called daily; Andrea and Ralf, and their daughter Lisa; the Klaus family; and the Weiss family. Norma was a sweet lady who was loved by all.
A private family service for Norma will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead that memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, through their website at heartandstroke.ca.
