George Lance Bradley was born on June 27, 1981, in Calgary, Alberta, and passed away at his home near Sylvan Lake, Alberta, on August 19, 2026.
George had a deep love for country living, farming, tractors, and equipment. He took great pride in his work with Pidherney’s Trucking, where he spent many years building lasting friendships and earning the respect of those around him.
Known for his generous heart, quick sense of humour, and willingness to help others, George was always ready to lend a hand. He especially cherished his role as an uncle and the special relationships he shared with his nieces and nephews. He also adored his fur babies, who brought him much joy and companionship.
George will be remembered for his kindness, laughter, stories, and the genuine connections he made with the people around him.
George will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jodie; his mother, Shannon; his dad Ernie; mom Connie; his siblings Sean (Trisanne, Corben, and Penny), Carma (Scott, Aubri, and Bing), Angie (Brody, Roland, and Evan), and Danielle (Morgan); His grandma Pat; his father-in-law Jim, his brother-in-law Chris (Tammy, Kiana); and his sisters-in-law Michelle (John, Tanaya, Adrianna, and Mya) and Mandy (Jason, Garret, Anniah, and Adlee). He will also be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends, and coworkers.
George was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Noella Tremblay; grandparents George McCarthy, Norm Bradley, Helen and Roy Rothery, Clayton and Betty Doerr, and Ed Silbernagel; and his uncle Jack.
George will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held, Friday, September 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., at Eventide Funeral Home, 4820 45th street, Red Deer.
