Lorraine Evelyn Johannson

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our sweet mom Lorraine Johannson. After a short illness she passed away on Thursday July 23, 2026 surrounded by family.

 Lorraine is survived by her children Jen (Greg), Jackie (Dave), Julie (Len) & two grandsons Lucas and Carter; her mom Evelyn Brown, siblings Lois, Barb, Mel (Dan) & Thelma (Wayne), Brother in law James (Pat) nieces, nephews, great niece’s and nephews, and her two cats Angel and Blanch. Pre-deceased by her husband Jack, her mother in law Dorothy, her Dad Leroy, her brother Leland, brother-in -laws Bob and Ken, great nephew Wyatt and great, great Niece Izzy.

 There will not be a funeral service as per Lorraine’s wishes. Celebration of life to be announced at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Whisker Rescue Society of Alberta or a charity of your choice. She will be greatly missed and always in our loving memory as a sweet, compassionate, loving and strong woman.
