Mr. Andrew John Schaufert passed away peacefully, with his family at his side, on Friday, April 10, 2026 at the age of 93 years. Andy will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Karen (Bob) Vanderwater and Denise (Kelly) Goheen; his grandchildren and his great grandchildren, all of whom will miss him greatly.

Andy was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Doris. Andy was an enthusiastic and energetic person. He, along with our mom, loved to seize opportunities and to help others. Andy was a dedicated educator, and he found joy in both teaching and learning.

Cremation will be entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta. In honour of Andy’s wishes there will be no service.
