Three central Alberta minor hockey teams win provincial gold

Big congratulations are due for a trio of central Alberta minor hockey teams that won provincial gold over the weekend. 

The U18B Olds Grizzlys beat the Bow Valley Flames 5-2 at their tournament in High Prairie.

The Red Deer Cosmos Group Chiefs defeated the Wood Buffalo Huskies in Calgary to win the U15 Female A gold medal.

As well, the 3 C’s Coyotes U15 female B team won gold in Olds, beating Fort Sask 8-2. The 3 C’s represent Castor, Coronation, and Consort.
