In 2008, they moved to a condo in Calgary, and in 2020, they made their home at Rockyview Lodge in Crossfield, where they appreciated the friendships and care they received. In July 2025, due to Doreen’s declining health, they moved to Bethany Care in Didsbury. Jim was known for his remarkable memory and his love of storytelling.
