1937 – 2026

The family of Jim Davis is sad to announce the passing of their partner, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa

on February 2 nd , 2026 after a short stay in the Olds Hospital.

Jim is survived by his partner and friend Doris King, Children Edith (Larry) Saunders, Christine (Peter)

Karkanis and Steven Davis, their children and grandchildren, as well as great-grandchildren, Sister Patsy

Ward, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to come celebrate Jim’s life on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 105, Olds. This gathering will be a time to share memories, stories, and laughter, and to continue Jim’s legacy through the moments he gave us all.

All who knew and loved Jim are welcome to attend and honor a life well lived.
