With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Elizabeth Blain on January 30, at the age of 98. Irene was deeply loved and will be dearly missed for her beautiful smile, gentle spirit, and kindness to everyone she met. She leaves behind many cherished memories with her family, friends, and the community who were blessed to know her.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Bethany Care in Cochrane for the compassion, care, and support shown to Irene over the years.

A celebration of Irene’s life will be held at a later date.
