A trio of Albertans are about to pad their bank accounts.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation says Tuesday, Dec. 2, was a fruitful day for lottery players in the province, as three people are set to win big money prizes.

Someone in Alberta, but outside of Calgary and Edmonton, has won one of the eight MAXMILLIONS prizes on Tuesday’s LOTTO MAX draw. This person will walk away with $1 million.

The winning numbers for the MAXMILLIONS prize were: 8, 15, 23, 27, 29, 32 and 41 (exact match only).

Another Albertan won $333,333.40 on a second MAXMILLIONS draw, sharing the prize with two others from Ontario and Quebec.

This ticket was also bought in Alberta, but outside of its two largest cities.

The winning numbers were: 2, 5, 20, 21, 30, 37 and 42.

A third Albertan won a $100,000 EXTRA prize on the Dec. 2 draw.

The winning selection was: 1995105; the winning ticket matched the last six digits.

According to the WCLC, winners have one year to claim their prize, and they can start their claim by contacting Player Care at 1-800-665-3313.

This Friday’s LOTTO MAX jackpot is an estimated $70 million, plus an estimated 10 MAXMILLIONS draws. Tickets are available until 9:30 pm CT / 8:30 pm MT / 7:30 pm PT on the night of the draw at all Lotto Spot locations, online at PlayNow or Play Alberta, and by subscription at SubscriptionSpot.ca.
