Mr. Thomas Ziola passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025 at Taylor View Towers in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his children: Kimberly (Ron) Jones and Kevin (Roxanne) Ziola and grandchildren: Amy and Aiden Jones, Josi and Cami Ziola. He also leaves to mourn his siblings: Judy Edmunds and Dale Ziola, his sisters-in-law: Catherine (Terry) Gurney, Barb (Dave) Swanson and brother-in-law: Peter Bezjack and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was predeceased by his parents Jack and Pauline Ziola, his wife Annie Ziola and sister, Ethel Bank. Tom graduated from Olds College in 1968 where he developed a deeper understanding of the agriculture industry. Shortly after, he met the love of his life. Tom and Ann were married in 1971 and moved onto the family farm in the Ridgewood area where they built a life and raised their family. Tom was a dedicated husband and father and a pillar of knowledge and love in his community. They retired into Innisfail in 2007 where they enjoyed continuous love and support from family and friends. Their home was always a place filled with

love, joy and laughter. In 2018 Tom moved to The Innisfail Manor and 2022 was moved to Taylor Views Towers in Red Deer. A Celebration of Tom’s Life will be held at the Ridgewood Community Hall, 37160 Range Road 10, Red Deer County, Alberta on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. If friends desire memorial tributes may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society 4807 50 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 4A5 or at https://mssociety.ca.
