Ms. Colleen Marcelene Trebinski (née Llewellyn) passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the age of 76 years. Colleen was born in Calgary, Alberta, on July 17, 1949, to David and Gearldine Llewellyn. She graduated from the School of Nursing at the Foothills Hospital in 1970 and went on to graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1993. Colleen dedicated her kindness and compassion to Nursing for over forty years. Colleen’s love for education and information never wavered, and she could always be found nose deep in a book or conducting research on her computer. Most of all, she was devoted to her three beloved grandchildren.

Colleen is lovingly remembered by her son, Lorne David Sich (Tasha); her daughter Debbie Lynn Houts (Shane); and her three grandchildren, Sage, Grey, and Reed.

A private interment will be held at Alto-Reste Cemetery, 26575 AB-11, Red Deer County. If desired, Memorial Donations in honour of Colleen may be made to the Alberta Bone and Joint Health Institute at www.albertaboneandjoint.com.
