Kick it to the Curb Week returns next month in Ponoka

The Town of Ponoka announced Kick it to the Curb Week will return next month where citizens are invited to turn their unwanted items into somebody else’s treasure.
From Oct. 3 to 8, Ponoka residents are encouraged to place items they want to give away in their front yard with a ‘FREE’ sign attached to them.
This will allow people to then come by and pick up any items they would like to take home.
“At the end of the week, citizens are asked to bring any uncollected items back into their home, or consider donating these items to a local charity or thrift shop rather than throwing them away,” as written in a media release.
