Jocelyn (Jaii) Amber Chilton of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at home on August 23, 2025 at the age of 37 years. She was born in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories to Brian Chilton and Sherry Bone whom she loved. Jaii was fond of watching FRIENDS, working at McDonalds and spending time at Camp Alexo. Adventurous and free-spirited, her passionate personality sparked many friendships and memories. Always a kid at heart, she loved penguins, lime green, mermaids and slushies. She also loved to make people laugh, enjoyed listening to music, and let’s not forget her famous 11:11 streaks. Her compassion for others pushed her to pursue a degree in social work and spend many late nights supporting others. Being a part of the team working with Clark Builders brought her joy. She most loved her kids. Jocelyn will be lovingly remembered by her children, Aiden, Judah and Peyton, her brother Jason, and her many friends who grieve her absence. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Elks Hall (6315 Horn St) in Red Deer AB from 1:00 pm to – 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 19, 2025. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a GoFundMe for Peyton’s continuing education. Condolences can be emailed to meaningful@telus.net (Please indicate “Jocelyn Chilton” in the subject line) or shared on a Facebook group named Lovingly Remembering Jocelyn Chilton.
