JACKSON, Patricia
1940 – 2025
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Patricia ‘Pat’ Jackson in Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the age of 84 years. Pat began her working life as a Telephone Operator. After meeting Murray, the two married and relocated to Alberta, where she continued to build a diverse and dedicated career. Over the years, Pat worked as a bookkeeper, banking customer service representative, homemaker, receptionist/bookkeeper, and in property care and management. She later worked alongside her husband in line locating before their retirement. A deeply community-minded individual, Pat will be remembered for the selfless dedication she gave to numerous organizations through her volunteer work. One of Pat’s most cherished hobbies was gardening, especially in the spring, when her property would burst into full bloom. She also found joy in crocheting, knitting, reading, and spending time outdoors. Patricia leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Angel (Kevin) Svennes, as well as several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Patricia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Murray, in 2020. Pat’s life will be honored and her memory cherished without the proceedings of a formal Funeral Service.
