It is with great sadness that we announce Brett Garry Gorday of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at the age of 46 years. Brett was born on May 1, 1979. Brett will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Garry and Marj Gorday; his younger brother, Tyler; and Brett’s special friend, Raelene. The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to Raelene for her help and support. At Brett’s request, no formal funeral service will be held. He would not want you to mourn his passing, so please, in Brett’s honour, go to a Toronto Blue Jays game, Edmonton Oilers game, have a round of golf or pet a dog.
