DESJARDINS, Lizette
1948 – 2025
It is with profound sorrow that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Lizette Christine Desjardins of Sylvan Lake, Alberta on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the age of 76 years. Lizette was a loving and devoted mother, a caring wife, and a true friend to many. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lizette was known for being selfless and giving, always putting the needs of others before her own. She was very fair and considerate to everyone around her. She worked as the Assistant Matron at the Sylvan Lake Lodge, where she built lasting friendships, especially with the long-term former Matron. Her deep sense of loyalty and care for others was evident in everything she did. Lizette leaves behind her loving husband, Daniel, with whom she shared fifty-five years of marriage. She will also be dearly missed by her daughter, Tara Boettger, and her husband, Dean; her son, Wes Desjardins; and her two adored granddaughters, Kaisha-Lee and Tianna. Lizette was also a devoted companion to Boy, her loving chihuahua. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love she shared and the positive impact she made on her family and friends.
